Chrome philosophy — eat-your-dog-food, no-redundant-paint

Every page renders with the same `@gyrum-labs/components` web components it documents — the catalog uses the primitives it indexes (`<gy-hero>`, `<gy-list-row>`, `<gy-empty-state>`, `<gy-section-h>`). Page chrome consumes `@gyrum-labs/tokens` directly via `tokens.css`; no per-page literal hex, no bespoke spacing. A change in `tokens.css` re-skins every surface on the next deploy — that's the contract that keeps the canon honest.
